Stop typing the same figures into three different systems
If someone in your team spends part of every week copying data from one system to another, you are paying for work a connection could do. We build that connection.
You'll recognise at least one of these
Disconnected systems rarely cause one big failure. They cost a few hours here and a wrong number there, every week, until it becomes normal.
- An order is entered in one system, then again in the accounts package, then again in a spreadsheet.
- Two systems show two different numbers for the same thing, and nobody is sure which is right.
- Month-end means exporting, reformatting and pasting before anyone can see the figures.
- A new starter is set up by hand in four places, and one of them always gets missed.
One connection, built and looked after properly
An API integration is a direct, automatic link between two systems. When something changes in one, the other is updated without anyone touching it.
We map where data moves by hand
Before building anything we list every copy and paste in the process and what it costs in time. That tells us which connection to build first.
We connect what you already use
Most integrations join systems you already pay for and trust. Replacing them is rarely the cheapest answer, and we will say so when it isn't needed.
We build in the checks
Every integration logs what it sent, what it received and anything it rejected, so when a number looks wrong you can see exactly why.
Systems we regularly connect
If your software isn't on this list, ask. Most modern systems can be connected, and we'll check yours on the first call before any price is agreed.
- Accounts packages such as Xero, with your own order or job system
- Rota and time and attendance systems, with payroll
- CRM and project tools such as monday.com, with your website enquiries
- Microsoft 365, including Outlook calendars and SharePoint
- Supplier and partner systems that offer their own API
Four steps, and you approve each one
You always know what is being built, what it costs and what happens next.
A free call about the problem
Thirty minutes, no sales deck. We ask what's broken, what it costs you and what good would look like. If software isn't the answer, we'll tell you.
A fixed scope and a fixed price
You get a written plan in plain English: what we'll build, in what order, and what it costs. No open-ended day rates.
Working software early
We build in stages, so you see and use real screens within weeks, not a big reveal at the end.
We stay after launch
Support, hosting and the next phase of the roadmap. The team that built it is the team you call.
API integrations: common questions
What is an API integration?
An API integration is an automatic connection between two pieces of software. When data changes in one system, such as a new order or a completed shift, the integration passes it to the other system without anyone retyping it.
How long does an API integration take to build?
A single integration between two well-documented systems usually takes a few weeks from agreed scope to going live. Cube Purple confirms the timescale in the written plan before work starts.
Can you connect a system that does not have an API?
Often, yes. Where a system has no API, Cube Purple can usually work with scheduled file exports, a database connection or the supplier directly. This is checked on the first call, before any price is agreed.
Who looks after the integration once it is live?
Cube Purple monitors and maintains the integrations it builds. If one of the connected systems changes, the same team updates the integration, so it keeps working.
How many hours a week go on retyping?
Tell us which systems you use and where the copying happens. We'll tell you what can be connected and what it would cost.
