We do not tolerate slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business and are committed to ensuring that it does not take place in our supply chains.

Why we publish this statement

Cube Purple Limited is not required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, because our turnover is below the £36 million threshold. We publish one voluntarily, because we believe every business should be open about how it works.

Our business

Cube Purple Limited designs, builds and supports software for UK businesses, and runs its own products, FireArrest, ClockedIn and ClockedInOne. Our team is based in the UK, and we work with a development partner in Jaipur, India.

Our supply chain and where the risk is

Our main suppliers provide software development services, cloud hosting, software subscriptions and biometric hardware manufactured outside the UK. Overseas hardware manufacturing and outsourced development are where the risk of forced or exploited labour is highest in our supply chain.

What we do about it

• We ask new suppliers in those higher-risk areas to confirm in writing that they do not use forced, bonded or child labour.
• Anyone who works with us can raise a concern directly with a director.

This statement was approved by the directors of Cube Purple Limited on 24 September 2026 and will be reviewed each year.

If we modify this statement, we will post the revised statement here, with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes to the statement that materially alter our practices, we may also notify you by other means, such as sending an email or posting a notice on our corporate website and/or social media pages prior to the changes taking effect.
